Complete this form to register a NEW corporation/firm and to nominate the responsible architects.

If your company has previously registered, and you wish to change the company name or change the list of nominated architects submit the Form 08CF change of details.

As part of this submission, you will need to upload your annual company statement from ASIC which shows the most current information about your corporation/firm, and/or a certificate of business name if applicable. Please provide them in PDF format.

In the event that no architect agrees to the nomination, a $60 administration fee will apply and the Board will contact you directly to arrange a refund of the publication fee.
